- Fuel markets move nearly 24/7, influencing local rack prices to update at least once per day.
- Duncan Oil will email or text you a custom daily quote that reflects that day’s rack change.
- When you’re ready to order, simply email our dispatch team with 24-hour notice for delivery.

Fixed Price

How It Works:
- Contact your sales representative to request fixed-price quotes for a specific volume (minimum 4,200 gallon delivery), product, and time period.
- Choose how often you’d like to receive quotes: daily, twice weekly, weekly, or biweekly.
- Quotes are provided via written contract.
- You have until 4:00 PM on the day you receive the quote to sign and return the contract.
- Once your price is secured, you’ll receive a confirmation notice.

• This gives you a one-time “mulligan” option to reduce your contract price if the market drops.
• The option may be exercised at any point during your contract’s purchase/delivery period.
• Once exercised, the lower price applies to all undelivered gallons (not gallons already received).
• Your original contract terms—volume, timeframe, and delivery requirements—remain unchanged.
